'Raf' and 'Panos' are credited in the 'Thank You' section and we can only assume that it's Raf Simons and Panos Yiapanis as Veronique and Raf were an item and Panos has styled for Veronique on many occasions.
Malcolm McLaren is also named in the list of Thank You's.
