A very rare and sought after seventies issue of Men In Vogue; a title published only for a short while from the sixties by British Vogue.

Autumn / Winter 1970 special issue of Men in Vogue.

The cover is a very dapper Tony Curtis wearing a coat designed by Simon Boyle.  Curtis was in the UK for The Persuaders and the costumes were designed by Vogue associate Simon Boyle. This is a real insight into the behind the scenes of the new TV show as they refer to it as 'The Friendly Persuaders'. There is a page of 9 photographs with captions telling the story-  essential for collectors!

Ernest Hemingway and Ian Fleming are profiled in 'The writer as He-Man'.  The feature on Fleming is about his house Goldeneye in Jamaica.

This issue is stuffed with classic 1970's men's fashion images...

'Coats for modern Byrons' is 4 pages of Dickensian delights!
