It's a Jaegar ad shot 'in Kashmir' with a goat. This is almost certainly very rare work by Norman Parkinson who shot for Jaegar at the time - plus, the model looks distinctly like Wenda Parkinson.

Very good condition with a small piece of the front cover missing, see photos. These are very rare magazines now, originally a weekly.
