Uncommon issue of the French edition of Vogue magazine, dated June / Juin 1924 - making this the perfect present for those celebrating 100 birthdays or as a 100th anniversary centenary gift.
Illustrated by the fashion illustrator Pierre Brissard, depicting a woman standing in a garden of hydrangea flowers, wearing a white tiered off-the-shoulder summer fitted and flared dress, carrying a net but playing with a beautiful butterfly.
The cover "La concours de la plus jolie sihouette" translates to "The competition for the most pretty figure".
Fashion includes the latest designs from New York. Drop-waist dresses, flapper style art deco gowns by Worth, Drecoll and Redfern.
