Rare Beatles images by Norman Parkinson in a highly collectable issue of QUEEN magazine.

Legendary fashion photographer Norman Parkinson spent a day with The Beatles and photographed them 'reading' the Financial Times in his session at Abbey Road studios. It's an iconic shoot and this is likely to be the very first use of the images in print making it a very rare find.

Also in this issue to accompany an essay on the city of London is a stunning portfolio of abstract London images by the virtuoso American colour photographer Saul Leiter - You can see crops in our images but the full page per image reproductions in the magazine are a thing of beauty. Leiter includes iconic images of Trafalgar Square & St Pauls as well as Sherlock Holmes and The Thames. 9 Pages in total with 5 full page Leiter images amongst the portfolio.

Celebrated photographer Art Kane also contributes to this issue making it a must have for photography collectors.

This issue was art directed by Tom Wolsey.

Jill Kennington and Celia Hammond model throughout.

A rare issue of British fashion magazine The Queen.

Originally a society magazine, when this title began publication in the late 1800s, it was reinvented in the 1960s and this is one of our most sought after issues.

Condition - Very good.  The cover is a little worn on the spine, all Queen magazines have fragile spines. The magazine is still intact and you will recieve the full issue of this iconic and highly collectable magazine
