- Other photographers include Gerald Howson 4 pages.
- Tony Armstrong-Jones (later he would marry Princess Margaret and become Lord Snowdon) photographing 'The Crazy Gang'
- Cecil Beaton's view of childhood, full page oval photograph. Plus kids around the world, 2 pages, several photos (see 4th pic)
- Cornel Lucas photos, 3 pages, several images.
- Rosamond Lehmann writes one of three views of childhood.
- Violet Bonham-Carter writes a second and V. Sackville West writes the third.
- Jocelyn Stevens, Queen editor, has a photograph of children included in this issue (see 3rd pic)
Children of the famous and aristocrats are asked to draw their parents for this issue, and there's a wonderful picture of Douglas Fairbanks drawn by his daughter.
There are many more articles, this is a large issue at 194 pages.
Good condition. The cover has some obvious wear with some creases and a tear on the bottom. Queen and The Queen are fragile magazines, their binding is weak 50 years later and this issue. There are variations of paper in the binding too with some lively high quality paper used in some parts.
Post includes online tracking and insurance. We are happy to combine orders.
