The Ballet feature is called Colour Balletomania and the images are of ballerinas in a new ballet called "Snow Bird" created by Marquis de Larrain.

BEAT THE BEATNIKS is a fashion story photographed by Norman Parkinson, 9 pages with fantastic scenes staged behind the models with a host of characters, a real mise-en-mise, very original and dare we say it hip and groovy maan!

Designed by Mark Boxer who was instrumental in re-inventing this society magazine and making it modern and new for the 1960's.

Rare issue of British fashion magazine The Queen.   Originally a society magazine, when this title began publication in the late 1800s, it was reinvented in the 1960s.
