This is a very rare collectable issue of the French edition of Vogue.
French Vogue began in June 1920 and this issue is an amazingly scarce artefact.
Early issues of any Vogue are extremely difficult to find now.
This 1930s issue is full of art deco fashions and furniture & car designs of the day. Inside are stunning full page illustrated and fashion photography plates.
Inside is are photographs by Hoyningen-Huene including Aliki Diplarakou who was the first Greek contestant to win the Miss Europe title. She previously won the "Miss Hellas" (Μις Ελλάς) title at the Miss Star Hellas Pageant.
