Vintage British men's lifestyle and fashion magazine Town - a rare sixties publication. Published by Michael Heseltine, who took on the floundering 'Man About Town' magazine.
Patti Boyd poses with mystery man Len Deighton for the cover. Deighton writes "Deighton is as Deighton does - Helicoptering" feature, with illustrations, most likely by Deighton. One page in total, spread over 2 pages. Later on in this magazine is a full page advertisement for Len's book "Drinkmanship" which has Patti & Len together again, this time in reverse; Len looks at the camera with a drink in his hand, Pattie has her back to us. This image was used as the cover of Deighton's book.
This issue contains the famous nude photographs of Mei Li. In both colour and black & white, 4 beautiful pages.
David Bailey's pirate fashion shoot from the Radio Caroline broadcasting ship. DJs and those involved with the station model mod threads. (Bailey was then an Associate Editor of Town). 4 pages, 8 portraits.
"Michael Cooper parted from his wife a year ago. He has looked after their son Adam for a year now: here he photographs his life as a Solo Father". Beautiful images. Grace Coddington is photographed with Michael & her godson Adam in one shot. Michael shot the cover of The Beatle's Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club album and worked alot with the Rolling Stones. He died of a heroin overdose aged 32. This is a 5.5 page poignant feature with Michael talking about what advice he will pass on to his son when he grows up. Here is his very interesting entry on Wikipedia:

Edward Gorey, rare early publication of his work. ' The Beastly Baby' signed as one of his other pen names 'Ogdred Weary'. 2 page feature.

Alain Le Fol drawings for "Greenhorns' Follies", 4 pages.
Saul Steinberg illustrated advert for Bacardi, full page.
A 6 page Cecil Gee ad campaign.
Plus - Molly Parkin interview with photo (designer for Biba & Mary Quant, and founder of Nova magazine). Penelope Mortimer. Peter Carvell.
Lastly, "Was It Worth It?" by Paul Ferraz. Contains an illustration signed "Bailey" - most likely David Bailey?
