This is a very rare issue of British magazine Picture Post magazine, published weekly in the UK back in July 1956.
This is a scarce issue which has a beautiful Marilyn Monroe portrait on the cover. The feature inside, "Bedtime with Marilyn" is photographed by Milton Greene in colour over a double page spread.
This is a 40 page oversized magazine measuring 13x10".
Amazingly rare artefact. These early issues of Picture Post are extremely difficult to find - there's only a finite amount of these old magazines left in the world!
Excellent condition. There is natural age around the staples, see photos. Normal for this paper. The photographs are of the actual copy you will receive; we don't use stock images. Also see the back cover photographed.
This original magazine also comes from a smoke-free environment. All of our magazines are professionally stored inside acid-free archival and anti-UV plastic sleeves to protect from discolouration.
