We've been kindly informed by a vintage fashion expert that the model on the cover is British model Linda Keith -  One time girlfriend of Jim Hendrix and created as helping discover  him.  Linda also dated The Rolling Stones' Keith Richards.  Both Jimi and Keith wrote songs about her.
