THE most iconic Kate Moss Vogue magazine!

Rare and impossible to find now, a super collectible issue of British Vogue.  So significant is this story, it was on show as part of the 'Vogue100' centenary exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery and Manchester Art Gallery (for which our archive, ElegantlyPapered, loaned magazines).

Own a piece of fashion history!

This is the sought after edition of Vogue that contains the famous 'heroin chic' fashion shoot by Corinne Day of Kate Moss.

Kate is shown as a skinny girl-next-door, posing at home, in lingerie and looking very natural; the complete antithesis of what else was happening in Vogue and fashion: glamazons and super-styled, super-coiffed supermodels.  This editorial got criticised by the media who labeled Kate as a 'junkie' and blamed her and Corinne for starting a trend for 'heroin chic'.

A huge scandal followed and both Kate and Corinne have said that their careers suffered, albeit momentarily, as a result.

In the fashion story, entitled "Under-exposure", Kate shows you what to wear beneath effort-free clothes: barely there underwear, naturally!

In a recent interview with Nick Knight, Kate says that she has the 'lightbulb' photograph on her bedroom wall.   She was sharing a flat in London at the time, and the photographs were taken in her bedroom which she was sharing with boyfriend Mario Sorrenti.

Beautiful iconic photographs, 10 pages of Kate, full bleed images. You will receive the entire magazine.
