Good condition. One page has a large portion carefully removed, we suspect this is a recipe as it's on a cooking page. It does not affect any of the main features detailed above. Otherwise fine; staples secure, clean and some light creasing to the front cover. Extremely rare survivor from the 80s, unlike Gotti and co..!
