This is a rare issue of Honey Magazine from the sixties.
It's a joyful, silly and surreal issue riddled with elephant jokes! The editor tries to explain.. It doesn't make much sense but is delightfully odd!
The main editorial piece is : 'When are plain girls pretty?' referring to a style of dressing enjoyed by 'no-fuss, no frills girls who like their fashion straight, slick and PLAIN.' Clothes by Paul Stephens, Mary Quant Ginger Group, Rhona Roy, Herbert Johnson, Oliver Goldsmith, Susan Barry, Polly Peck and John Craig - shift dresses, PVC costa and checked macs.
