This is a rare 1960's issue of Queen magazine, a vintage fashion and society title published in the UK.  Queens are very collectable - known for amazing art direction, design and photography.

The cover of this Centenary issue of fashion magazine Queen is based on a fashion plate originally published in an 1800's issue of Queen - these fashion prints were imported from France at the time.  This issue celebrates the best of Queen over the past 100 years, and there are different sections for each decade, highlighting important events in literature, technology, world affairs and fashion throughout history.
