This is a rare issue of The Queen magazine, dated May 1st 1935.

Colour advertisement cover for Horrockses fabric "Sheets, pillow cases, shirting and dress fabrics are the best for the Jubilee Year. By courtesy of the Royal Mint."  Often magazines such as Tatler, Sketch and Queen would have advertising covers during the 1910's to 1940's before colour printing of  photography became more economical.

Fair condition. Pages 21-28 are missing, this is from the pageant supplement. Some internal pages have a tear to one edge (maximum of 1 inch, some have old repairs). Back cover has surface rubbing and one small paint mark. General wear expected for an extremely scarce magazine of over 75 years old.
