The Hackney Rag, a photography book by Stephen Gill in the form of a newspaper. The original signed 8 x 6 'Puddle' print is still inside the sealed package.
The edition of 1000 newspapers was created to honour Stephen's first solo exhibition in Japan.
Inside, Gill combines images from a selection of his Hackney Series, which includes Hackney Wick, Buried, Hackney Flowers, Hackney Flower portraits, Archaeology in Reverse and Warming Down as well as a handful of unpublished, new images.
Some of the original tape has come away, but it is still sealed.
40 page newspaper with 51 colour illustrations.
