Vintage sixties issue dated August 1962.A young Grace Coddington is the cover model (famously appeared in 'The September Issue', a behind-the-scenes film about American Vogue and working with Anna Wintour for the Sept. Issue, then the biggest issue ever produced). Grace is photographed by Peter Rand for the cover, then inside is a 2 page fashion shoot modeled by Grace and shot by Claude Virgin. Grace wears black and white designs by Susan Small etc.
Jean Shrimpton models in a 6 page fashion shoot set mainly outdoors with a coastal background. B/w as well as colour fashion plates - here she wears a white satin coat (r) and a black velvet cardigan and skirt in the attached image. Jean also models in quite a few full page adverts for this magazine, including a 2 page Polly Peck ad.
