This is an exceptionally rare 1903 Womans magazine called Forget-Me-Not.
Dated 24th February 1903. The cover is a beautiful Art Nouveau illustration.
The opening page has a feature on 'The Marriage contract' surrounded by advice on getting engaged.
A later feature on 'A pick of the World's Royal Spinsters' which looks at your choice 'If you were a King'.
A great example of a 'Penny magazine' - when the advent of cheaper printing meant that mass production of magazines could begin.
New Spring Skirts are featured with illustrations.
Several fictional short stories are printed inside.
Excellent condition. These are extremely rare issues. The staples have been removed which we only discovered by accident as the condition is superb. There are no pages missing. The paper stock is newsprint so these magazines are not always this well preserved.
