Good condition - the photograph shows the actual magazine you will receive with wear to the cover. One old stamp and light wear to the cover, not obvious. A small picture has been cut out from a feature on coats for the country. Also two pages have been torn inside and these are from an article about Long Island houses which does not affect any of the main features detailed above.  
Very scarce issue, priced according to scarcity and condition
