This is a very difficult to come by sixties issue of the American edition of Harpers Bazaar.

The cover model is DOROTHY McGOWAN who wears a turban hat designed by Halston.  'MAGIC MOMENTS' cover shot by HIRO, other fashion by NORELL.  This is one of Harper's famous fold-down covers.  That's why the trim on the cover looks a little short, it's to allow for paper being turned down.
