WOW! What a cover!! Vintage British men's lifestyle magazine Town - rare early 1960's edition.
This issue was art directed by Thomas (or 'Tom') Wolsey, who went on to art direct Queen magazine.
This edition is dated December 1962. Town is an extremely sought after and iconic men's fashion and style title, copies of which are getting more and more difficult to find.

The Don - Don McCullin photographs Mayfair in 1962 showing the affluence in the form of sports cars accompanying an article by Jeremy Sandford.

Town is one of the most important vintage magazine titles. With contributions from influential writers, photographers, artists, illustrators, models and muses it can only be described as the very best 'Who's Who' of British sixties culture. All bound into one beautiful magazine. Now sadly rarely seen.
