Vintage 18th March 1936 issue of the British edition of Vogue.
These are the rarest magazines in the world because so much paper was recycled in WWII - Vogue stayed in print during the war and encouraged it's readers to donate paper to the war effort which makes any pre-war issues very scarce indeed.
Cover by Horst, the model is photographed with 'A horn of plenty, symbolic of this issue'.
Diana Vreeland as a model! Super rare photo that we've only just discovered. "Mrs T. Reed Vreeland" appears in one photo of women wearing the latest looks in leather. Part of a 2 page feature.
Horst shoots a 6 page Paris fashion editorial inside that is accompanied by a wonderful breathless written piece 'Collection Fever'.
This issue is full of fantastic fashion illustration as well as photography.
