This is an extremely rare Dash Snow poster.

Purple Fashion magazine along with Belvedere Vodka printed this poster with a portrait of Dash Snow by Terry Richardson.

The flip side of the poster is a photo of someone's (Dash?) feet and a hand near a bottle of Vodka:
