This is a rare sixties issue of Petticoat magazine from the sixties.
Courreges and Christian Dior cover.
Petticoat asks IS PARIS REALLY NECESSARY? and talks about British design including Biba, James Wedge, the RCA, etc, but meanwhile there's a fantastic fashion shoot with the cover models who wear more Courrege, Nina Ricci, Louis Ferraud, Patou, Yves St Laurant etc in a 6 page story.
Film of the week is To Sir With Love and there are two pages of photos from the movie inc Sydney Poitier, Judy Geeson etc.
