CONTENT:
A compendium of the SPRING seasonal fashion trends with editorials photographed by Pottier and fashion by designers including Pierre Cardin, Nina Ricci, Christian Dior, Hermes and Pierre Balmain and more.
Nico (later from the Velvet Underground) models in one of the fashion shoots (see sample pic). Nico was a model before becoming a musician with The Velvet Underground.
In the advert pages, Nico models Lanvin-Costello English broderie dresses in 2 full page images.

The back cover is also an illustration by Rene Gruau, this time for Miss Dior parfum (gloved woman's arm peeking out from behind drawn curtains, holding a white handkerchief or scarf).

Incredible haute couture throughout.
We LOVE the original R.D. FRANKS LTD sticker on the back from 1960. This issue would have been bought in the iconic fashion journals shop in London near Oxford Circus. Sadly no longer there. We bought many issues at Franks over the years!
