Condition is good.  The recipe cards are still intact!  The cover has some light wear visible with some small tears at the staples.  One small water stain visible only on the edge of the first 3 pages, measures just 2x3cm semi-circle.  This is a very rare copy- The photographs you see are from the actual copy you will receive.
