Excellent condition. Small mark to centre of cover not immediately obvious, see detail photo - otherwise the cover is clean and bright. All pages are near perfect, almost looks new. One small area of the outer layer of paper of the spine has frayed a little, the rest of the spine is sturdy with all pages attached securely.
