QUEEN magazine CHRISTMAS (November) 1963 including a Rare Beatles images by Norman Parkinson.
Legendary fashion photographer Norman Parkinson spent a day with The Beatles and photographed them 'reading' the Financial Times in his session at Abbey Road studios. It's an iconic shoot and this is likely to be the very first use of the images in print making it a very rare find.
Also in this issue to accompany an essay on the city of London is a stunning portfolio of abstract City of London images by the virtuoso American colour photographer Saul Leiter.
Leiter includes iconic images of Trafalgar Square & St Pauls as well as Sherlock Holmes and The Thames.
9 Pages in total with 5 full page Leiter images amongst the portfolio.
