The cover is model Pauline Stone, photographed by Brian Duffy.  The helmet hat was designed by milliner-turned-photographer now painter; James Wedge.

Light wear to cover; see above U where a subscriber name used to be, and feint blemish on neck - both not noticeable until pointing out.  Detailing flaws for the sake of accuracy.  Overall the binding, colours and condition is excellent.  The photographs show the actual magazine you will receive.
