This is an extremely rare Helmut Newton Supplement to French Elle magazine.
It's a small taste, a catalogue of Newton's work released in conjunction with his Paris exhibition at Réunion des Musées Nationaux – Grand Palais / Rmn-GP.
We have greyed out the nude image (no nipples allowed!) on the rear of the catalogue but it is bookended by his famous clothed/unclothed statuesque studio image of 4 models walking towards the camera. Models for this series include Models include Sylvia Gobbel, Alexandra Pin, Henrietta Allias Purcell and Lisa Thorensen.
This is a very collectable catalogue never offered for sale anywhere.
Images inside show photographs of Gia Carangi, Veruschka and Willy Van Rooy taken for Paris Vogue, Queen and French Elle magazines. Other images include Catherine Denveuve, Isabelle Huppert and Charlotte Rampling.
