Before The Beatles took over the property and created their infamous APPLE HQ and before they played their last ever concert on the roof for the film Get Back... January 30th 1969

The house was originally designed by Richard Boyle, third Earl of Burlington

This is an incredibly rare document created by the antique dealers Basil Dighton & Leonard Partridge to sell the contents of this distinguished property.

The document was published once in Britain in 1928 and only given to a select few.
The agents were Art & Antiques dealers Basil Dighton & Leonard Partridge
Dighton & Partridge traded between 1928-1930

Includes - Cromwellian Cabinet, Chippendale Chair, photographs of the drawing room, the print room, the green room etc etc
