Very rare Calvin Klein lookbook which opens out into a poster. This campaign shot by Steven Meisel caused a huge stir in its day.  It was quickly banned by censors who thought the models looked underage and the shoot had a 'porn aesthetic'. 

As a consequence hard copies of this campaign are very few and hard to find.  An infamous part of fashion history!
