£195.00

Default Title

Another standout issue of the brilliant British concept art and culture magazine ZG devoted to New York's East Village featuring artwork from Robert Longo's iconic series Men In The Cities on the front and back covers.

This issue includes so much great writing from the UK and across the pond, including articles, interviews and features on New York artist Jack Goldstein, noise music artist Gary Zimmerman, Richard Prince, James Chance, Rhys Chatham, Neil Jenney, and much more.

Also includes "Sighs and Whispers in Bloomingdale's" a really fantastic piece by Roberta Brooks on the work of fashion photographer Guy Bourdin.

A real classic.

Founded in 1980 by Rosetta Brooks, ZG is a kaleidoscopic mix of high and lowbrow culture with each issue a heady mix of art, theory, radical politics, sexuality, visual culture, science and literature with contributions from writers, artists and photographers in London and New York.

Good condition with some creases and fold marks to the cover and throughout.  Loose pages inside, very slight rust to staples. Light wear to cover see detailed photos. Its an A3 format but folded down to A4
